12 Year Warranty Badge

The Iniven product line carries a warranty for any part that fails during normal operation or service for 12 Years. A defective part should be returned to the factory for repair or replacement AFTER RECEIVING AN RMA NUMBER FROM Iniven, shipping charges prepaid, f.o.b. Somerville, New Jersey. In case INIVEN cannot promptly return the unit to you, it will endeavor to provide a loaner until the repair or replacement is returned to you. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty. This warranty is contingent upon the commercial availability of parts as purchased by Iniven. Iniven reserves the right to replace the unit with a functionally equivalent unit.

How do I have an Iniven product repaired or replaced?

All Iniven equipment repairs require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To receive an RMA please call Iniven at 1-800-526-3984 or 1-908-722-3770. You may also reach out to support@iniven.com. Iniven uses the RMA to track the return and make sure it is repaired correctly and returned as quickly as possible.

What kind of testing is performed before an Iniven product is shipped?

Iniven performs 100% testing on all products that are shipped. This includes a multi-day burn in process and a 100% functional test. All new, replacement, and repaired product goes through our 100% testing process.
